Your convention or event will be a success because it will start right in our office with our professional staff. We will help promote and publicize your convention or event by providing information on Elko products and services. In addition, our knowledgeable team provides the many services listed below which are designed to help meeting planners, event organizers and attendees the finest convention experience possible.

Attendance Building

To help promote your convention or event the Elko Convention & Visitor Authority can provide selections of brochures, photography, promotional videos, Visitors Guide information, and general information on the city of Elko.

Collateral Materials

Complimentary collateral materials are available. Request for collateral materials require a lead time of 30 days. Materials available include Visitors Guide, City Map, Calendar of Special Events, "130 Things to do", Hotel accomodations guide and Adventures on the Edge brochure.

Pre-Event Planning

Let our professional sales staff assist you in planning your convention or event. We will help with welcome letters, pre-post convention tours, and presentations to those who select event sites, and much more.

Site Visits

If appropriate, the sales manager will handle all arrangements for the decision maker to visit Elko and experience first-hand the city's hotels, meeting facilities, event venues and attractions.
